Fifty-two (52%) percent of U.S. workers are disengaged at work while eighteen percent (18%) are actively disengaged – Gallup

Fifty-five percent (55%) of those with a college education are disengaged while forty-nine percent (49%) with a high school education are disengaged – Gallup
